ELEMENT 115: THE SECRET ENERGY SOURCE USED IN THE ANTI-MATTER REACTORS THAT PROPEL FLYING SAUCERS BY PHYSICIST BOB LAZAR

Bob Lazar stated that the “Sport Model” Flying Disc amplified the “Strong Nuclear Force” of Element 115 (UnUnPentium or UUP) to generate the gravity field for “Space-Time Compression.”  Bob also stated that the U.S. Government had 500 pounds of Element 115 in their possession.  The raw Element 115 was given to the U.S. Goverment at S4 by the Reticulan EBEs in the form of discs.  The scientists at S4 sent the Element 115 discs through Groom Lake to Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, to be milled for use in the Anti-Matter Reactor.  The Los Alamos personnel were told it was a new form of armor.  They simply followed orders, milled it in accordance with the following steps, and sent it back to Groom Lake.  It was during this process that some of the Element 115 turned up missing.  As you’ll see below, the machining process to form the Element 115 wedge produces a tremendous amount of waste.

UFO Anti-Matter Reactor

In the following video, physicist Bob Lazar explains the mysterious Element 115 and the sophisticated anti-matter reactor used for powering the anti-gravity propulsion system used in the flying saucers located a top secret U.S. research facility known as S-4:

 

Bob Lazar stated that the Element 115 used as the fuel and gravity source in the “Sport Model” Flying Disc was stable.  On February 2, 2004, scientists at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, in collaboration with researchers from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research in Russia (JINR), announced that they discovered two new super-heavy elements, Element 113 and Element 115.  The Isotope of Element 115, produced by bombarding an Americium-243 (₉₅Am²⁴³) nucleus with a Calcium-48 (₂₀Ca⁴⁸) nucleus, rapidly decayed to Element 113. then continued to decay until a meta-stable isotope was obtained.

The following hypothetical reaction displays the maximum theoretical atomic mass of an Element 115 Isotope that could be produced from combining an Americium-243 nucleus with a Calcium-48 nucleus.  The following reaction assumes no neutrons were liberated during the process of the reaction:

₉₅Am²⁴³ + ₂₀Ca⁴⁸ → ₁₁₅UUP²⁹¹ → ₁₁₃UUT²⁸⁷ + ₂He⁴ → ...

The following reactions are the actual reactions that took place in the laboratory by bombarding Americium-243 with Calcium-48, which resulted in the two Isotopes of Element 115, indicated below, being identified.

₉₅Am²⁴³ + ₂₀Ca⁴⁸ → ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁸ + 3₀n¹      ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁸ → ₁₁₃UUT²⁸⁴ + ₂He⁴ →  ...

₉₅Am²⁴³ + ₂₀Ca⁴⁸ → ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁷ + 4₀n¹      ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁷ → ₁₁₃UUT²⁸³ + ₂He⁴ →  ...

The maximum theoretical atomic mass isotope of Element 115 that could be produced in the reaction, above,₁₁₅UUP²⁹¹, would only have 176 neutrons in its nucleus.  This isotope of Element 115 is shy 8 neutrons from containing the magic number of 184 neutrons.  The two actual isotopes of Element 115 produced by this reaction, ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁸ and ₁₁₅UUP²⁸⁷ contain 173 neutrons, shy 11 neutrons from the magic number of 184, and 172 neutrons, shy 12 neutrons from the magic number of 184, respectively.

This latest scientific breakthrough, however, provides significant credibility to Bob Lazar’s claims rather than discrediting his claims.  Bob Lazar’s Element 115 discs used to make the wedge for the “Sport Model” Flying Disc Anti-Matter Reactor would have to have been the isotope of Element 115 containing the magic number of 184 neutrons, therefore, having an atomic mass of 299.  The nuclear configuration of this isotope of Element 115 would be identical to the nuclear configuration of the only known stable isotope of Element 83, Bismuth, ₈₃Bi²⁰⁹, containing the magic number of 126 neutrons, except that the Element 115 isotope would have one more energy level completely filled with protons and neutrons.  82 protons and 114 protons are magic numbers for protons because 82 protons completely fill 6 proton energy levels and 114 protons completely fill 7 proton energy levels.  The 83rd proton for Bismuth is a lone proton in the 7th proton energy level and the 115th proton for Element 115 is the lone proton in the 8th proton energy level.  126 neutrons completely fill 7 neutron energy levels and 184 neutrons completely fill 8 neutron energy levels.  Refer to the Nucleon Energy Level Table for Bismuth and Element 115, below, for the nuclear configurations of Bismuth and Element 115.  This stable isotope of Bismuth, Element 83, has very unique gravitational characteristics.  Refer to the Henry William Wallace Patent:  U.S. Patent 3,626,605, “Method and Apparatus for Generating a Secondary Gravitational Force Field.”

NOTE: Producing the theoretically stable super-heavy elements is very difficult because the reactant nuclei of these nuclear reactions do not have enough neutrons to result in a product nucleus with enough neutrons to obtain theoretical stability.

COMMENTARY:   On February 4, 2004, two superheavy elements, elements 113 and 115, were recently synthesized through a collaborative effort between scientists from the Physical and Life Sciences Directorate at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and researchers from the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research at the Flerov Laboratory for Nuclear Reactions in Dubna, Russia. Two isotopes of element 115 survived 30-80 milliseconds before decaying into isotopes of element 113 that survived approximately ten times longer prior to decaying themselves. Following a series of alpha-decays, the element 115 atoms decayed into long-lived isotopes (multiple hours) of element 105 (Db). The great-great-great granddaughter Db isotopes were also chemically identified in subsequent experiments.

A DESCRIPTION OF A CAPTURED ALIEN UFO AND EXPLANATION OF ITS PROPULSION SYSTEM BY A FORMER PHYSICIST WORKING AT S-4

The following is a brief examination of an extra-terrestrial (UFO) spacecraft allegedly housed and "back-engineered" at S-4, a Top Secret U.S. Military installation located on the Nellis Air Force Range, also known as AREA 51, Groom Lake / Papoose Lake, Nevada, approximately 160 miles north of Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

The Exterior

The craft is saucer-shaped and measures about 52 feet in diameter and 16 feet tall in the center. The Upper Deck Housing is about 10 feet in diameter and the base is flat, about 12 feet in diameter. The exterior skin is metallic and has a dull, unpolished aluminum finish.

 

In the above video, Bob Lazar, a former physicist working on alien UFO's at the super-secret air base known as S-4, located near Area 51, provides a very detailed description of the interior and exterior of a sleek-looking UFO he called the "sport model".  Bob does an excellent job describing the propulsion system used by the UFO.  

The InteriorNTERI

The interior of the craft is divided into three levels:

(a) Lower

(b) Central

(c) Top

The Lower Level

The Lower Level houses three gravity amplifier lensing and focusing mechanisms. The Gravity Amplifiers are independently positionable. Each can be moved from a vertical ("delta") configuration to an upward angled ("omicron") configuration via a 180 degree joint. These configurations determine the craft's mode of travel (see Propulsion System.) These Gravity Amplifiers are connected to three amplifier heads located on the Central Level.

The Central Level

The Central Level houses control consoles, three small seats seemingly designed for children only, a central column (waveguide) and a reactor.

The entire interior of the craft is like the exterior (a dull, unpolished aluminum). There are no sharp edges to be found anywhere; every corner has a radius, as if the entire interior was melted together as one piece. (It looks like one huge piece of seamless stainless steel.) There is a small hatch in the floor with a collapsing grid of hexagonal cells that when pushed aside (sideways) allows access to the lower level.

The interior wall (inner skin) of the disc slopes up to the center from the outer edges. The sloping inner skin has archways in it that go all the way around the interior of the craft. When the disc is energized, one of the archways becomes transparent, like a window. Outside visibility is possible. Simultaneously, one side of this same archway becomes transparent blue and a cryptic form of lettering unlike any script known on earth scrolls up like a Heads Up Display (HUD) screen.

Located in the middle of the Central Level, a central hollow column (waveguide) about 4" in diameter ascends to the top of the craft. The waveguide is where the gravity wave is channeled. This waveguide is connected to an "anti-matter" reactor on the floor, which is centered between the three gravity amplifiers in the Lower Level. The housing of the reactor is retractable for easy access.

Top Level

Our source and the eye-witness was not allow into the upper level; therefore, it can be surmised the Top Level contains the navigational and electronic equipment.

The Reactor 

The Reactor is about the size of a basketball. It is fueled by an orange, "super-heavy" stable element comparable to Element 115* on the periodic table. (At this writing, the highest atomic number listed is 106.) This unknown Element produces a powerful gravity wave and is the source of anti-matter radiation (see Propulsion System.)

 * Note: Element 115 does not exist on planet Earth and apparently it cannot be synthesized

The Propulsion System

The craft is propelled by an extremely powerful rotating and oscillating high-voltage electro-magnetic field that produces a gravity field. Apparently, it does not create an "anti-gravity" field but a field that is "out-of-phase" with the current one; in other words, the gravity field is "out-of-phase" with the same gravitational wave. (Note: phases vary from zero to 180 degrees.)

Gravity Amplifier and Core Plates

The Gravity Amplifiers focuses this mysterious gravity wave to cause space and time to bend / warp, similar to the intense gravitational field of a black hole.

UFO Anti-Matter Reactor Dimensions

Inside the reactor, protons are bombarded into the nucleus of the Element 115 atom, transmuting it to Element 116. When this occurs the element decays and releases / radiates small amounts of antimatter which is released into a tube, protecting it from reacting with matter. This antimatter is then directed toward the end of the tube where the antimatter and a gaseous matter collide and annihilate, converting 100% of the matter into energy. This energy is then converted into electrical energy by a thermoelectric generator at 100% efficiency and is used to amplify the gravity wave.

When the craft is near a source of gravity, such as a planet or moon, the Gravity Amplifiers are positioned in an "omicron" configuration (only one Gravity Amplifier is used.) This allows the craft to travel short distances. 

When the craft wants to travel long distances in more vacuous areas of the space/time continum (in other words, interstellar travel via hyper-space) the Gravity Amplifiers are positioned in a "delta" configuration (all three amplifiers are used and positioned in a vertical position) and are pulsed in a rotational pattern.

COMMENTARY:  I ripped the following theoretical explanation by Paul E. Potter of Bob Lazar's description of the UFO's anti-gravity propulsion system and how it might work. 

Bob Lazar

Bob Lazar worked at Area 51 (or Groom Lake) back in the late 1980’s on a back-engineering program that he claims began there in 1979.  He says that an ‘exchange’ program with the ETs occurred in the 1970’s, which, resulted in the acquisition of nine UFOs so that their technologies could be researched. That there were indeed strange craft at Area 51 seems to be corroborated by David Adair’s visit there in 1971.

The following is an analysis of the way some types of UFOs travel, its the rubber sheet explanation of space-time manipulation by Bob Lazar.

“Assuming they‘re in space, they will focus the three gravity generators on the point they want to go to.  Now, to give an analogy:  If you take a thin rubber sheet, say, lay it on a table and put thumbtacks in each corner, then take a big stone and set it on one end of the rubber sheet and say that’s your spacecraft, you pick out a point that you want to go to - which could be anywhere on the rubber sheet - pinch that point with your fingers and pull it all the way up to the craft.  That’s how it focuses and pulls that point to it.  When you then shut off the gravity generators, the stone (or spacecraft) follows that stretched rubber back to its point.  There’s no linear travel through space; it actually bends space and time and follows space as it retracts.  In the first mode of travel - around the surface of a planet - they essentially balance on the gravitational field that the gravity generators put out, and they can ride a “wave,” like a cork does in the ocean.  In that mode they’re very unstable and are affected by the weather.  In the other mode of travel - where they can travel vast distances - they can’t really do that in a strong gravitational field like Earth, because to do that, first of all, they need to tilt on their side, usually out in space, then they can focus on the point they need to with the gravity generators and move on.  If you can picture space as a fabric, and the speed of light is your limit, it’ll take you so long, even at the speed of light, to get from point A to point B.  You can’t exceed it - not in this universe anyway.  Should there be other parallel universes, maybe the laws are different, but anyone that’s here has to abide by those rules.”

Interestingly, recent research into Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) has found that by slowing down a body of atoms, to within a fraction of a degree Kelvin (near absolute zero), they coalesce into a “superatom” and when suitably excited by an oscillating field this BEC superatom propagates matter waves, now - its only at an early stage of development here on Earth but it is hoped that one day this technology will produce a tightly focused “matter wave beam” (much like that of the laser light beam) - what is so interesting here, is that if you look at the diagram above of the gravity generators of Lazar’s, its elements look exactly like the rings of optical lasers and magnetic traps used in BEC technology to slow down the atoms, and that these generators emit a beam - one of which is enough for the craft to ride upon - it could mean that the ETs use a system closely related to the propagation of such matter waves.  Well, its food for thought.

“Inside the reactor, Element 115 is bombarded with a proton which plugs into the nucleus of the 115 atom and becomes Element 116, which immediately decays and releases, or radiates, small amounts of antimatter.  The antimatter is released into a tuned tube which keeps it from reacting with the matter that surrounds it.  It is then directed toward a gaseous matter target at the end of the tube.  The matter and antimatter collide and annihilate, totally converting to energy.  The heat from this reaction is converted into electrical energy in a near 100% efficient thermoelectric generator...”

“Element 115 is a superheavy element found probably on a planet of a binary star system.  Supposedly the craft uses 223 grams, cut to a triangular shape, within the reactor structure (in a cloud chamber it was shown to alter, by gravitational forces, the paths of released alpha particles).”

My comment here is what happens beyond the "gaseous matter target?" What sort of energy field is established?  Is it an electirc field (if so what polarity), or is it an electromagnetic wave propagation, or is it a gravitational wave that is being produced.

UFO Gravity Wave Guide

The thing about Lazar’s central tube assembly, which he doesn’t make mention of, is that it surely must be used as a circular cross-section waveguide for high-frequency waves.  From his graphics it looks like an 80 mm tube and that would relate to an electromagnetic wave in the microwave region (especially if the tube terminated at the top at a smaller diameter).  And whatever the target is, hitting it with these microwaves most probably causes the molecules and atoms of the target “gases” to resonate (as in electron spin resonance), the resonance then pulls the electrons up the energy bands and greatly increases their energy level.

My next comment is that, according to Bob Lazar, speaking about one of the propulsion systems used by the ufo he worked on, “the craft does not create an ‘antigravity field,’ as some have surmised:  It’s a gravitational field that’s out of phase with the current one - it’s the same gravitational wave.  The phases vary from 180 degrees to zero ... in a longitudinal propagation.”

So if, by analogy, we assume that the gravitational wave is similarly structured to that of a sinusoidal electromagnetic wave (there is some evidence to suggest that gravity waves are structured as an electromagnetic wave).  What Bob Lazar seems to be saying is that by duplicating exactly this wave, and then propagating this duplicated wave back into the original, after altering its phase (so that - in relation to the existing gravity wave ‘force’ that is operating throughout this planet - the newly created wave matches it or differs from it) then the newly created gravity force can be made stronger or weaker than the existing one.

OK ... he is saying that if you created the same current-magnetic field combination for the gravity wave (at the same amplitude) but altered the phase to below 90º you would become lighter, and by altering the phase to between 90º and 180º you would be heavier ... Sounds interesting.  Is this like selective constructive and destructive interference between two radiating waves maybe

Note: The term used in the above illustration collocated structure is one I have coigned and refers to Lazar’s comment about there being no joints or sharp edges in the metal structure of the craft he worked on.  Almost as if the whole craft was moulded together in one piece - a factor of UFO construction reiterated in the notes made by Lt. Col. Philip Corso about the Roswell craft he saw in 1947 where Corso says, “There were no seams on the UFO craft, or joint lines, rivets or weld joints.”  This “alien” technology is again mentioned in David Adair’s Area 51 interview and is something currently undergoing much research through NASA and the Georgia Institute of Technology in the U.S.

One more comment.  Because it’s been puzzling me ever since I clapped eyes on his drawings, is that the “gravity wave generators” radiate some sort of energy beam below the craft THROUGH THE SHELL CASING.  Now call me old-fashioned but on this speck of the universe engineers just don’t do that sort of thing ... Having said that however, if the shell was constructed not of plain metal but of an “artificial” metal (of an artificial metallized dielectric composition), and the electromagnetic waves being used were of small enough wavelength, radio waves of microwave length being particularly suitable, then just as Lazar has implied THE HULL OF THE CRAFT COULD BE USED AS A LENS for focusing the electromagnetic waves.  Because with radio waves of very short wavelength it has long been established that they behave somewhat like lightwaves, in that they have what is termed “optical properties” meaning that these waves can be bent or flattened by a suitably constructed “lens.”  Such a lens for a radio micro-wave is made not of glass but of metallized plates inter-spaced certain distances apart, which in this case would equate to around 10 - 50 mm apart.  In this way the hull could be used as a very efficient waveguide, not merely to focus the beams but more advantageously to regulate their shape or to give a predetermined delay between one beam and another.

This is how it could be done:  Whereas normal dielectrics have microscopic particles and interfaces, the “artificial dielectric” can be made to have metal strips (or rods or spheres) of macro-scopic size constructed into it in the form of a lattice.  With this technique comes the added advantage that the strips or particles can be aligned to the orientation of the required electric fields.  Of the two main types of structured “metallic lens” the M-plane alignment retards the em wave, and the E-plane alignment accelerates the wave (in the E-plane structure the metal strips are parallel to the plane of the electric field of the wave - as shown in the figure above).  Further, if the spacing between these parallel strips or plates is exactly one-half wavelength the wave is greatly accelerated.  A honeycomb structure in the artificial “metal” would be ideal for this purpose.

If you look at the figure, above, you will see three sections of the bottom of the hull, each having their own unique curvature.  Each of these curved sections are uniquely curved because they have different spacing from the wave generators, resulting in a different “focal length” (to use a photographic term) for the wave propagation.  At different focal lengths, the wave’s shape will be different as it enters the dielectric waveguide lens.  The resultant wave produced by that lens-waveguide, when that wave passes through it, will also be different.  Couple to this the fact that for every different angle that the waves pass through the dielectric hull a different effect of refraction will occur to the wave.  Consider next that if this craft uses the two outer generators to focus their two microwave-beams at some finite point in the distance, it would follow that to approach that same point in space, the two beams will have traversed through a different thickness of the dielectric lens, at a different angle, meaning that the two beams will be shaped slightly differently.  If, then, it can be controlled how the two waves are shaped, then it will also be possible to control their constructive and destructive interference pattern - and hence the strength or weakness of the electric field at the area where the two beams approach each other.  And as you already know the stronger the electric field the stronger the repulsion - the stronger the acceleration.

STEVE JOBS USED ALIEN TECHNOLOGY DISCOVERED ON THE MOON BY APOLLO 20 ASTRONUTS IN 1972 FOR THE APPLE IPAD AND IPHONE

I have often wondered whether Steve Jobs, the former founder and CEO of Apple is as brilliant as many technology experts say.  Compared to other company founders and CEO's, Steve's record of innovation and achievement is quite simply: ASTOUNDING and his record is unmatched.  Name another CEO who racked up so many new product successes one after another, and has been doing it consistently for decades.   You can't, can you?

Steve's incredible success got me to thinking:  What if Steve Jobs had some REAL help along the way?  By REAL help I am not talking about assistance from his great team of new product designers and engineers who are reveered throughout the world for their creative genius and spirit of innovation.  What I am really getting to is help from the beyond, help that no other company founder or CEO would ever have access to.  I am talking about dark forces of the unknown, the kind of help that is so unreal and unimaginable that it would be earth shaking if the public ever became aware of it.  Got you thinking, don't I?   

During the course of my extensive research and countless inquiries about Steve Jobs, I received a mysterious email.   At first, I discounted the cryptic words of the writer.  "Naw, it couldn't possibly be", I thought to myself, while sipping on 50 year-old brandy.  But, upon reflection, I became convinced, that yes, this could be the REAL help that Steve Jobs got.  The sender's name was UNIDENTIFIED, but what really got me was the subject line of the email which read:

"I am a former Apple employee. I do not wish to get my name out in the public because of the serious and obvious danger to my life if my identity became known. I am posting this under a false name, Simon Apocryphal. I was one of the original Apple employees. It was 1977 and Apple had just introduced the Apple II. I was a hardware engineer by trade, but in Apple's early days, it wasn't too uncommon for hardware engineers to work primarily with software. The industry was very young and there were relatively few people with a formal education in computer science.

In early 1978, Jobs requested I attend a meeting with himself, Mike Markkula, and another engineer that shall remain unnamed.  For the last few months, I had been working directly with Steve Wozniak testing and refining the Disk II. The project was coming to a close as we were refining our plans for mass production, so I assumed the meeting related to my next assignment at Apple.  

I remember our first meeting on a rainy Friday in January 1978. It was held in a small meeting room on our old campus. The other three participants were there, Steve, Mike, and the unnamed engineer.  Jobs asked me if I wanted a Coke or juice before we started, I declined, and Mark stood up and closed the door behind me. Jobs looked at me and my engineering colleague and informed us that what we were going to talk about in the meeting was a corporate secret. He pulled out two pieces of paper from a folder in front of him and handed each of us a copy. The papers were legal documents. At the top, it read "Nondisclosure Agreement."

We were asked to sign the document before we proceeded with the meeting. We signed the documents and Markula started explaining this new project to us. He told us that we were going to meet with a company called Affiliated Xanatech in Palo Alto, California. Markula explained that Affiliated was a government subcontractor and that the government was looking for high tech companies with experience commercializing bleeding edge technology to assist them in converting secret military hardware to private consumer applications.

We were told that the government was looking into ways to fund black projects by licensing patents to companies like Apple in exchange for complete secrecy as to the true source of the technology. Private industry in Silicon Valley was responsible for some of the most incredible technological leaps in history and this fact did not go unnoticed by the U.S. government and military. We were told to not speak of this with anyone in the company, not even Steve Wozniak. Furthermore, we were told that the military would perform a thorough background check on us and brief us as to our responsibilities in regards to secrecy. Of course, we were going to need Top Secret security clearance from the government, a process that took a few months and involved the government thoroughly looking into our histories. I remember several of my colleagues being called and questioned about my background. We also filled out a book load of documents basically covering everything from our credit histories to where we went to primary school. It was an invasive process.

Markkula had set up a meeting with Affiliated Xanatech in February 1979. Jobs, Markkula, the unnamed engineer, and myself arrived at Affiliated around 9:00 am on a Tuesday morning. The building was unassuming. It was a one-story structure with a very normal parking lot and one security guard standing in a small house at the entrance. We showed the guard the special passes sent to us by Affiliated and walked into the front lobby. At that point, we were greeted by five men in black uniforms carrying very imposing M-16s. They escorted us to the elevator and we went down some three floors or more. I would later discover that the facility had at least 8 sub-levels, but I was never able to confirm that.

We met with two men in military uniforms in a large conference room. There are very few moments in life in which your entire world view is turned forever upside down, and for me, this was one of them. I still remember that turning point during the briefing when I realized what we'd just been told, and that I hadn't heard the speaker wrong, and that it wasn't some kind of joke. In retrospect the whole thing felt like it was in slow motion. When the term "extra-terrestrial" came up for the first time, the room itself seemed to go off kilter as we collectively tried to grasp what was being said. My mind kept jumping back and forth between trying to look at the speaker, to understand him better, and looking at everyone else around me, to make sure I wasn't the only one that was hearing this. But I don't want this story to be about me, so I will spare you any more insights into my emotional state at the time.

Steve Jobs listened intently and for the first time I can recall, he didn't have anything to say. He simply nodded and peered intently at the speaker as he went over Project CARMA:

Our job was to examine recovered alien artifacts and come up with a commercial application for them related to the computer industry. The unnamed engineer and myself spent the next four months being briefed about security and the true nature of the project. I was told that if I ever went public with this information, I would be erased from existence. Furthermore, the agents threatened to erase all my family and friends. We worked under the barrel of a gun. Need to know was the order of the day. We were only given a very narrow description of the origins of the artifacts. We knew that they were of extra-terrestrial origin, but our government partners would not reveal anymore. In fact, they discouraged us from talking about the alien connections and they never brought the subject up unless we asked questions. Getting information about the artifacts was like pulling teeth. Answers were slow to come, if they came at all.

We weren't the only team working on the artifacts, however, Apple was the only team from Silicon Valley. Apple was chosen because we were small and hungry. The government disliked monopolies and IBM was considered too much of a security threat. Other companies that we had contact with during project CARMA included Boeing, General Electric, GM, and Union Carbide Corporation. Some were examining the same artifacts we were given access to, others had access to areas of Affiliated off-limits to the Apple team.

What we saw:

We had access to an advanced computer system called the LAAC (Luminous Autonomous Agnition Computer). The LAAC was approximately the size of a soda can. Its interface is hard to explain. It didn't have a screen or projection of any kind. It projected itself into the user's mind. The object was activated by passing your hand over its top. It was deactivated in the same manner. Upon activation, a projection, an almost dream-like image in vivid color appeared in your head. We were told that the first person to use the device died of a brain embolism within seconds of activation. Apparently, the machine was a learning device that automatically adjusted itself to the human anatomy. The next person to try the device suffered from severe migraines after a few minutes of use. Over time, the machine fully adjusted to the human anatomy and was completely safe to use.

For lack of a better term, we referred to its capabilities as magic. The government wasn't interesting in having us understand exactly how the device worked. They were interested in what we could take from it for commercial purposes. At first we were baffled. We knew that computers at the time could not possibly mimic the interface technology, nor could we come close to the device's capacity, which was not measured in bytes as far as we could ascertain and was unlimited in terms of storage and speed. We were interesting in its file structure. Information was stored in terms of "objects". The user selected the objects by moving an imaginary mental pointing instrument. The objects could be organized in a structured manner. It was really up to the user to determine the structure data was stored in the system.

If the user wanted to draw an image, the LAAC created a sophisticated pallet with a set of advanced primitives. I guess you could say that the program was analogous to the modern Abobe Photoshop program, but with several profound differences. First, there were no user manuals or help functions. While hooked up the computer, the user instantly knew how to use every aspect of it and the user was free to modify the program in any way the user could imagine. We used the LAAC to define a whole new way to use a personal computer. In short, we used the LAAC to design, develop and test the operating system that would first appear on the Lisa and later on the Macintosh.

You might have heard that Apple got many of its ideas for our first graphical operating systems from the Xerox PARC. This is only partially true. We used the PARC to help us determine ways to translate the advanced alien technology into contemporary computer technology. Obviously, we were constrained in terms of interface, storage, and speed. About the only thing we really took away from the PARC was the mouse, a device that allowed the user to move a cursor on the screen and manipulate computer-generated objects.

What does Steve Jobs know about the aliens and when did he know it?

We worked with the LAAC until early 1985. Our experiments were pumped into Apple's two competing system teams, the Lisa Team and the Macintosh Team. Steve Jobs worked with both teams and acted as a facilitator. His famous "reality distortion field," the seemingling magical influence Steve had over people, was partially due to his inside knowledge of the LAAC and partially due to another secret project he was working on at Affiliated. I can't give you more information on this and don't want to speculate on its meaning because I was only allowed to work with the LAAC.

As many are aware, Steve Jobs left Apple in 1985 to start NeXT. The official story was that he had a disagreement with John Sculley, Apple's CEO, over the direction of the company. Here is what I know about what actually happened.

Sculley was never informed about our dealings with the government. Jobs could have easily made Sculley do anything he wanted because of his access to the reality distortion technology, but he purposefully picked a fight with Sculley in order to create a plausible explanation for his departure from Apple.

As I stated earlier, the government does not like monopolies that threaten its power. Jobs was given an ultimatum by his handlers at Affiliated. He was told that if he wanted ongoing access to the alien artifacts, he would have to create a start up company competing against Apple. Many of the revolutionary aspects of NeXT and later Mac OS X, come from his ongoing association with the government.

Apple's association with CARMA ended shortly after Steve Jobs left the company. We were officially debriefed by government officials. We were told that we were not to ever disclose the program and that we were to continue working at Apple in order to keep tabs on Apple's use of the alien technology. I worked at Apple until 1992 and have since retired from the computer industry. I currently teach technology at a school that shall remain unnamed.

Why am I coming out now? Well, I am at that age where it no longer matters what happens to me. I have recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness and before my time comes, I want to get this off my conscience. Apple is a great company, but it is shameful that we helped the government conceal the greatest secret of all time. The public must be told the truth."

COMMENTARY: I knew it all along.  I have been giving Steve Jobs and his Apple munchkins a.k.a. Apple's new product development engineers, too much credit.   It now appears that every product Apple has ever produced probably had its origins from alien technology.  

Now it all makes sense to me why there are so many Apple mobile products--and it scares me. Aliens are always moving from one galaxy to another.   If you are using an app, iPod, iMac, iPhone or iPad, it wasn't Steve Job's vision and talent for innovation that created it. It was those evil "Greys" with the dark black almond shaped eyes, and frail bodies.  Come to think of it, Jobs looks a bit frail too, don't you think?  

Steve Jobs' mind empowers him to control yours and influence your very being.  No wonder those Apple evangelists are such zealots, with a lemming-like behaviors, and crazy over Apple products. They would buy a toilet, if the Apple brand was emblossomed on it.   Jobs burned the Apple brand into their feeble-minded brains.  They will buy only Apple products for the rest of their tormented lives.  Now Jobs is doing the same thing with PC Windows users.  Very slowly and with stealth, he is converting Microsoft and Windows PC users to Apple products.  But, no Flash.        

I dugged deep into the internet, and could not find a damn thing about a company named Affiliated Xanatech.  For security reasons, probably erased forever by men in black suits and sunglasses.  I have a dark feeling that the company was secretly assimilated into Apple, where it now operates on black government projects to create the mobile products of tomorrow.

I got to get me an LAAC computer.   Screw the mouse and pointer.  It's all in my mind.  I can move objects.  This blog resides in my head.  No more "clickity-clickity" sounds of me typing on a computer keyboard.  If anyone knows where I can get one, please leave a comment.  I promise not to disclose your identity.

FRENCH PSYCHIC SEES MENTAL IMAGES OF FUTURE EVENTS, YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT HE PREDICTS FOR THE YEAR 2012

Contact with highly advanced extra-terrestrial beings from other worlds is a distinct possibility, but what happens when we finally do make contact?

This psychic claims that he can see mental "images" of future events.  He predicted years in advance:

• Rise of the Ayatolloah Khomeni of Iran 
• Chernobyl nuclear accident 
• Oil embargo of the late 70's 
• A Pearl Harbor-like attack of  Los Angeles or New York City in the decade following the year 2000.  New York's Twin Towers were in fact destroyed on September 11, 2001.  

He claims he has not received any "images" after the  end of the year 2012.  However, what he says about the year 2012 is absolutely unbelievable.  After watching this video, you'll agree that he hits on quite a few though not all of his predictions.   For example, he predicted that between 2000 and 2005, the end of gasoline powered automobile's and rise of electrically powered automobiles, flying cars and even magnetic cars. Some of that is just now happening, but we are a long way from all-electric automobiles.   The guy speaks French, but the video is subtitled in English.   Let's hope he's wrong about 2012.  Here's the video:

 

COMMENTARY:    I don't have no way to confirm the authenticity of the video, or who the eyeglass-wearing Frenchmen men, but his other predictions were spot-on.  The prediction for 2012 is truly unbelievable.  Let me know what you think by posting a comment.

YOU CAN CALL HIM "SIR JONY", APPLE DESIGNER JONATHAN IVE IS KNIGHTED BY QUEEN ELIZABETH, BUT HE HAD HELP FROM E.T.

SAN FRANCISCO—Apple Inc. Senior Vice President Jonathan Ive has received a knighthood for his work in leading the design of some of the company's most innovative products, British officials here said late Friday.

Queen Elizabeth II named the London-born Ive, who goes by Jony, a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, or KBE.

It is the second royal honor for Ive, who was named a Commander of the British Empire, or CBE, in 2006 for his achievements in design and innovation.

The British consul general in San Francisco, Priya Guha, said in prepared remarks that,

"She is delighted that Jony Ive has been granted this exceptional honour by Her Majesty The Queen. Through his design of the iMac, iPod, iPhone and iPad, his work has transformed the lives of a generation of people, revolutionising the way people interact with technology."

Mr. Ive said he was "humbled" by what he called an "absolutely thrilling" honor.

Mr. Ive said in prepared remarks.

"I am keenly aware that I benefit from a wonderful tradition in the U.K. of designing and making. I discovered at an early age that all I've ever wanted to do is design. I feel enormously fortunate that I continue to be able to design and make products with a truly remarkable group of people here at Apple."

He becomes Sir Jonathan Ive as a result of the award, British officials said.

COMMENTARY:   In a blog article dated  August 30, 2011, I  told you that Steve Jobs used extra-terrestrial technology discovered by NASA on the Moon back in 1972 to design the iPod, iPhone and iPad so it would be a gross overstatement to call him the creative genius and innovator of the century.    

These earth shaking facts, kept secret for over three decades, must strike like a bolt of lightening into the hearts of many Apple evangelists who have called Steve Jobs a creative genius and innovator of the century.  Many of them wept like they had lost a parent upon knews of his death, others left lit candles and flowers outside Apple Stores.  

As head of Apple's product design team, Jonathan Ive was part of Steve Jobs inner circle of secretive product designers, and Ive would've been chosen as part of that Apple engineering team that inspected those alien artifacts discovered on the Moon back in 1972.

Once again, I must hurt the feelings of Apple evangelists around the world once again, because Jonathan Ive would've been THE key product designer to adopt that extra-terrestrial technology to Apple's line of "magical" products.  All of them, from the Mac to the iPad and iCloud too.  With this dark cloud hanging over Jonathan Ive, it should be clear to everyone that he is a phoney and never should've been knighted by Queen Elizabeth. 

Steve Jobs clearly wanted to give those evil Greys credit for their creative genius and innovation. You can see this in the Apple logo.  The leaf in the logo looks spot on like the almond-shaped eyes of the Grey aliens.

When you take the Apple logo and turn it on its side and combine it with its "reflected mirror image", the Alien Connection is completed--you clearly see the image of a Grey extra-terrestrial being.

Clearly, Steve Jobs carried with him the weight of guilt, knowing that he was not the creative genius or innovator he was given credit for.  He had to find a way to thank those Greys, and the Apple logo was born.

AN UNABASHED LOOK INSIDE THE ILLUMINATI: HISTORY, HEIRARCHY, SECRET SOCIETIES, NAMES AND "THE GREYS" ET'S PLAY A PART TOO

The New World Order, Ruling Class or Illuminati, as it is commonly referred IS real.  They go back to the Middle Ages.  They have been associated with the occult even belief in Lucifer or The Devil. They are at the top of the food chain and control EVERYTHING.   Everybody thinks that the Big Corporations, Politicians and Military Industrial Complex are the rulers, but they are just merely the tools to concentrate power at the top.  

 

The Politicians are controlled by the Illuminati through their financial support, favors and even bribery.   Washington lobby groups dominate Washington, D.C.  The Big Corporations, through their global business activities provide the capital to acquire and control the vast majority of global worth.  The Top 137 corporations control 40% of the world's wealth.  

 

The Politicians and The Big Corporations both report to the Military Industrial Complex which is where the "muscle" of the Illuminati resides.  The Illuminati are the equivalent of the Boss of Bosses or top Don of a Sicilian family.  The Military Industrial Complex are equivalent to the Bosses of La Familia or Mafia.  The various branches of the military are the Under Bosses, and then there are the soldiers. 

The Military Industrial Complex consists of the U.S. military and heads of the CIA, NSA and FBI and "The Greys."  YES, extra-terrestrials are involved indirectly, and they take great pleasure in watching over everything.  They are the ultimate beneficiaries.  They have unlimited power, and their technology is millions of years ahead of us, and they could destroy the Earth if they wanted, but they need us, so they don't care if there is a power struggle for supremacy among us humans.

The Greys are a dying species of extra-terrestrials who travelled to Earth and colonized it thousands of years ago, and through genetic experimentations of human DNA developed Modern Man.  Trust me, it was not Divine intervention like it says in the Holy Bible.  

In the 1950's, The Greys entered into a secret pact with the Eisenhower administration.  According to that Pact, the U.S. government would provide The Greys with access to a certain number of humans so they could conduct DNA experiments to replicate their species by combining both Grey and Human DNA.  In exchange, The Greys were to provide us with certain advanced technologies. 

A few unscrupulous Illuminati individuals within the U.S. government saw an opportunity to exploit the alien technology to consolidate power, wealth and control over the masses on Earth. The Greys really don't care.   We are their form of entertainment.  In fact, they love harvesting our souls.  They get off in capturing the soul as it leaves the human body upon death, and use it like an aphrodisiac.  In effect, they get off on US. 

The Big Corporations controls the Corporate Media and Global Banking.  It is the job of the Corporate Media to spread disinformation and propaganda that has divided the masses.  I am sure that you will agree that this has worked perfectly.  

Global Banking provides the financial resources so that the Big Corporations can successfully carry out their evil commercial activities throughout the world and create more wealth for the Illuminati. 

The Politicans control the Government and Courts.  The Government creates the laws and regulations to control the masses.  The Courts are the enforcers for the politicians.  They punish the masses if they don't stay in line.    

Below is a simplified organizational chart showing the Ruling Class or Illuminati at the top with the other organizations and entities just described below them:

• British Monarchy a.k.a." The Royals" which is headed by Her Highness Queen Elizabeth II.
• Israel who control most of the banking industry and Wall Street. 
• Welf Relations. 
• The Freemasonry a.k.a. The Masons.   
• Catholic Church.

The Illuminati or Ruling Class

I know some "British Subjects" are going to scream blasphemy for mentioning Queen Elizabeth at the head of the Illuminati, but the decision was an obvious one.  The Illuminati needed natural succession at the top, and The Royals fit that description perfectly.  They are of royal blood, respected worldwide and there is logical order of succession.  Next in line in order of succession is Prince Charles.  Even President Barack Obama and the First Lady bow to Queen Elizabeth.  

Israel is next in line in the Illuminati pecking order.  They are the business leaders, power brokers and bankers of the world. They also control the media (from newspapers to the Internet). Facebook is a front for the CIA, FBI and NSA.  I warned you about this in a previous blog post.  Do you notice that every American presidential candidate goes before the prominent Jewish Organizations like the National Jewish Democratic Council to make sure the next president will support Israel? That's not a coincidence.

Next is the Welf Relations which stems from the House of Welf.  The House of Welf (historically rendered in English, Guelf or Guelph) is a European dynasty that has included many German and British monarchs from the 11th to 20th century.  The original House of Welf Family Tree is below:

In its modern context, Welf Relations now includes the hundreds of descendants of the House of Welf who live today.  They consider their membership in the Illuminati a blood right. 

The Freemasonry are next in the pecking order.  Freemasonry is a fraternal organization that arose from obscure origins in the late 16th to early 17th century.   You can recognize a Freemason by the symbol of a square and compass and letter "G" in the middle.   Some say the "G" stands for God or Guild.  Some say its the symbol for the human penis.

Freemasonry now exists in various forms all over the world, with a membership estimated at around six million.  Very few Freemasons are in the Illuminati, but the top guys probably are.  The fraternity is administratively organized into independent Grand Lodges, each of which governs its own jurisdiction.  There are over a quarter of a million under the jurisdiction of the United Grand Lodge of England and just under two million in the United States.

The heads of the Roman Catholic Church is the last in the pecking order of the Illuminati.  This includes Pope Benedict XVI and the College of Cardinals.  The Cardinals are princes of the Church appointed by the Pope, who are ordained senior bishops. As a whole, the College of Cardinals advises the Pope, and those cardinals under the age of 80 at the death of a Pope elect his successor.   There are now a total of 193 Cardinals, of whom 112 are aged under 80. Of the voting-age cardinals, 64 were appointed by Pope John Paul II, and 28 by Pope Benedict XVI.

BTW, the Roman Catholic Church, was duped by The Greys.  Jesus was never born of a Virgin Mary and he never rose from the dead.  He was "invented" by those evil Greys, and the rest is history.  The Roman Catholic Church provides the people something the Illuminati cannot or won't:  HOPE.   It's perfect, the Greys get a great kick out of it.  But, the Church is now worried that they maybe exposed and be out of the religion business.  I mentioned this to you in a previous blog post when The scientists from Vatican met with the scientists from NASA and 20 or so top-level scientists because they want to know if ET is for real.  Ha, ha, ha.  I got a kick out of that one. Naturally, they've been given assurances that ET does not exist.     

The Royals and The Committee of 300 make the important decisions for the Illuminati.  They represent the wealthiest, most powerful and influential individuals in the World, not necessarily the most well known or even wealthy.  None of them would ever admit they are a member of The Committee of 300 or Illuminati.  The Committe of 300 include a Who's Who of Americans, British and Europeans. Famous Americans who are members of The Comittee of 300 include Senator John Kerry, Senator Joe Lieberman, former Senator and Democratic Presidential Candidate Al Gore (consolation prize for losing the Presidency to that idiot son George W Bush), investor Warren Buffet, former President Bill Clinton, Former President George H.W. Bush, Microsoft executives Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer, The Rockefeller's, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner and others.  Political affiliations do not matter within the Illuminati.  Everybody is pals, some of them even swop their wives to seal a deal, then they laugh and do high-fives afterwards.      

The ultimate goal of the Illuminati is to own everything, and judging from the concentration of wealth among developed nations throughout the world, it's working.  Eventually they will have total control of the working class.  Their ultimate plan is to keep the poor as poor as possible, eliminate the middle class, and increase their numbers at the top so they own quite literally everything.  

I know what you are thinking:  The Illuminati does not exist and this is all bullshit.  Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.  I may even be a member of the Illuminati, and you would never know it, because I would never admit it.

NASA'S KEPLER MISSION DISCOVERS PLANETS LARGE AND SMALL THAT POPULATE OUR GALAXY, AND TWO THE SIZE OF EARTH

NASA scientists announced Monday they’ve found the most Earth-like world ever discovered. Kepler 22-b, as it’s called, is located in the Goldilocks zone – not too far from its sun, and not too close, which means it might have the perfect conditions for life to be formed.

But what other planets have scientists encountered in the depths of our galaxy, the Milky Way? Besides the huge gaseous giants, similar to our Jupiter and Neptune, and Super Earths, such as the newly discovered Kepler 22-b, there are the mysterious Cthonian Planets, former gas giants that have lost their atmosphere, and Water Worlds, Super-Earths submerged in vast oceans of water.

Of course, scientists have only searched through a tiny fraction of our galaxy, and with the fast advances in technology, we can expect many more interesting discoveries in the future. COMMENTARY:  I've reported on the wonderful discoveries of NASA's Kepler Space Telescope in two prevous blog articles dated August 13, 2011 and September 16, 2011. I recommend you read both articles so that you can thoroughly familiarize yourself with Kepler. 

Since Kepler was launched in March 6, 2009, the super-space observatory has discovered over 1,200 potentially habitable planets, including a Star Wars-like planet with two suns in the sky. That would be an incredible site to any life there.

Two planets orbiting a star 950 light-years from Earth are the smallest, most Earth-size alien worlds known, astronomers announced today (Dec. 20). One of the planets is actually smaller than Earth, scientists say.

These planets, while roughly the size of our planet Earth, are circling very close to their star, giving them fiery temperatures that are most likely too hot to support life, researchers said. The discovery, however, brings scientists one step closer to finding a true twin of Earththat may be habitable.

Lead researcher François Fressin of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Mass., told SPACE.com. 

"We've crossed a threshold: For the first time, we've been able to detect planets smaller than the Earth around another star.  We proved that Earth-size planets exist around other stars like the sun, and most importantly, we proved that humanity is able to detect them. It's the beginning of an era."

To discover the new planets, Fressin and his colleagues used NASA's Kepler space telescope, which noticed the tiny dips in the parent star's brightness when the planets passed in front of it, blocking some of its light (this is called the transit method). The researchers then used ground-based observatories to confirm that the planets actually exist by measuring minute wobbles in the star's position caused by gravitational tugs from its planets.

University of California, Santa Cruz astronomer Greg Laughlin, who was not involved in the new study, said in an email to SPACE.com.

"These two new planets are the first genuinely Earth-sized worlds that have been found orbiting a sunlike star.  For the past two decades, it has been clear that astronomers would eventually reach this goal, and so it's fantastic to learn that the detection has now been achieved." Chances for life

The two Earth-size planets are among five alien worlds orbiting a star called Kepler-20 that is of the same class (G-type) as our sun, and is slightly cooler.

Two of the star system's planets, Kepler-20e and Kepler-20f, are 0.87 times and 1.03 times the width of Earth, respectively, making them the smallest exoplanets yet known. They also appear to be rocky, and have masses less than 1.7 and 3 times Earth's mass, respectively. Scientists think that they are composed mainly of silicates and iron, much like the Earth, though they lack our planet's atmsophere.

Kepler-20e makes a circle around its star once every 6.1 days at a distance of 4.7 million miles (7.6 million kilometers) — almost 20 times closer than Earth, which orbits the sun at around 93 million miles (150 million km).

The planet's sibling, Kepler-20f, makes a full orbit every 19.6 days, at a distance of 10.3 million miles (16.6 million km). Both planets circle closer to their star than Mercury does to the sun. [Infographic: Earth-Size Alien Planets Explained]

These snuggly orbits around their star give the newfound planets steamy temperatures of about 1,400 degrees Fahrenheit (760 degrees Celsius) and 800 degrees Fahrenheit (430 degrees Celsius) — way too warm to support liquid water, and probably life, researchers said.

Fressin said the chance of life on either of these planets is "negligible," though the researchers can't exclude the possibility that they used to be habitable in the past, when they might have been farther from their star. There is also a slim chance that there are habitable regions on the planets in spots between their day and night sides (the planets orbit with one half constantly facing their star and the other half always in dark). But astronomers aren't holding out hope.

Laughlin said.  

"The chances of liquid water and life as we know it on Kepler-20e and f are zero." 

Flip-flopped planets

The planetary system around Kepler-20 is an unusual one.

For one thing, scientists say the rocky planets can't have formed in their current locations.

Fressin said.  

"There's not enough rocky material that close to the host star to form five planets. They didn't form here; they probably formed farther from their star and migrated in."

Furthermore, the five planets are in an odd order, with the rocky worlds alternating with their gaseous, Neptune-size siblings. That's quite different from most solar systems, including our own, which keeps the rocky terrestrial worlds in close to the sun, with the gas giants farther out.

Science team member David Charbonneau of Harvard University said during a Tuesday telecon announcing the finding.

"The architecture of that solar system is crazy.  This is the first time that we've seen anything like this."

Scientists will likely have to revise their theories of how planets form to fully understand the Kepler-20 system.

Fressin said.

"How did that form? I think it's a puzzle the theorists will have to try to explain."

The star's other planets are called Kepler-20b, 20c, and 20d. Their diameters are 15,000 miles (24,000 km), 24,600 miles (40,000 km), and 22,000 miles (35,000 km), respectively, and they orbit Kepler-20 once every 3.7, 10.9, and 77.6 days.

The largest of these, Kepler-20d, weighs a little under 20 times Earth's mass, while Kepler-20c is 16.1 times as heavy as Earth, and Kepler-20b is 8.7 times our planet's mass.

Evolving effort

Scientists say finding the smallest exoplanets yet represents a significant milestone in the fast-evolving effort to learn about planets beyond the solar system.

The first alien planet was discovered in 1996, and the first planet found through the transit method came just 11 years ago. Both of those planets were roughly the size of Jupiter.

Fressin said.  

"I think we're living in special times.  This was unfeasible 10 years ago, and just with the quality of detectors and the quality of the treatment is it possible now."

The total tally of known alien planets is above 700. Kepler alone has discovered 28 definite alien planets, and 2,326 planet candidates, since its launch in March 2009.

Earlier this month, the Kepler team announced another landmark find, the first planet known to occupy the habitable zone around its star where liquid water, and perhaps life, could exist.

That planet, called Kepler-22b, is about 2.4 times as wide as Earth.

The dream now is for astronomers to combine the two discoveries and find an Earth-size planet that's also orbiting its star in an Earth-like orbit that puts it in the habitable zone.

Fressin said.  

"The holy grail of the search for other worlds is to find an Earth analogue, a true Earth twin. We just need to have these two pieces of the puzzle together."

While the newfound planets orbit with periods of 6.1 and 19.6 days, Fressin estimated the habitable zone around Kepler-20 begins at orbits that take roughly 100 days to make a circuit.

Astronomers think it's only a matter of time before they finally find one that's just right.

Astronomer Lisa Kaltenegger of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics wrote in an email.

"If we can already find these small planets with radii around Earth's now, some future ones could be in the habitable zone of their stars and THOSE future ones would be great targets to look for liquid water and signatures for life."

Kaltenegger, who studies the habitability of exoplanets, was not involved in the new study"These discoveries are a great technological step forward — to detect small planets, in size like Earth — but these planets are very hot and not in the habitable zone around their star.

FINAL DECISIONS EMINENT FOR HTC, MOTOROLA & SAMSUNG OVER MOBILE PATENT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS BY APPLE

 Bruce Sewell : Apple's general counsel and senior vice president of Legal Affairs is a very busy man these days.

Apple Inc.'s claims that some smartphones running Google Inc.'s Android software copy its inventions are approaching their first big judgment day in the U.S.

The International Trade Commission (ITC) in Washington on Wednesday is expected to rule on whether some phones made by HTC  Corp. violate Apple's patents. The ruling could lead to a ban on handsets sold by the Taiwanese company, which uses the Android operating system and is the No. 3 smartphone provider in the U.S. market, according to research firm Nielsen.

According to FOSS Patents, there were 37 (revised to 38) Android-related patent infringement lawsuits in the legal pipeline (see below) involving courts in the U.S. and overseas.

HTC isn't alone. Apple has been tangling in courts with other prominent Android device makers, including Samsung Electronics Co. and Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc.  The cases reflect the Cupertino, Calif., company's belief that many competing smartphones violate features that Apple popularized with its iPhone and iPad tablet computer.

Apple isn't the only one complaining. The smartphone market has experienced a surge in patent litigation over the past few years as large and small players seek to hobble competitors or take share of their success through damage awards or negotiated settlements.

It's an attractive opportunity. More than 645 million smartphones are expected to be sold world-wide next year, according to research firm Gartner Inc., jumping nearly 40% from this year's forecast. By comparison, sales of personal computers are expected to grow 4.5% to about 370 million units next year.

Apple Versus Google

Android, which is distributed free, has become an obvious target for litigation as the Google system has outdistanced Apple's offerings to become the most widely used software on smartphones. Besides cases brought by Apple, Oracle Corp. has sued Google, alleging that Android violates its patents and copyrights.  Microsoft Corp. is suing Motorola Mobility over Android.

In nearly all cases, defendants have responded by filing countersuits or angled for a legal advantage by filing pre-emptive actions when they expected to be sued.

Google, for its part, has accused its rivals of "a hostile, organized campaign against Android" being waged through "bogus patents."

Apple Versus HTC

Apple has made some headway in its legal attack on HTC. This summer, an International Trade Commission judge issued a preliminary ruling that HTC infringed two of Apple's patents. One covers technology to detect information in an email, such as a phone number, and then perform an action with it, such as automatically dialing the number when touched. The decision was passed on to the full commission, which is to make the decision that is expected for Wednesday.

If the court finds in Apple's favor, the commission can ban the import of the offending HTC devices into the U.S. HTC can still ask for a review from the U.S. president within 60 days of the ruling. Even after that, HTC can appeal to federal courts.

Bijal Vakil, a lawyer specializing in intellectual property for White & Case who isn't involved in the Apple-HTC case said.

"This is just one step in the process that will still continue whether or not Apple wins."

In the event HTC ultimately loses, he said, it probably has a backup design that likely wouldn't be found to infringe on Apple's patents.

An Apple spokeswoman reiterated an earlier statement that read.

"Competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours."

HTC didn't respond to a request for comment.

The Taiwanese company's efforts to counterattack haven't been as successful. Last month, the ITC said none of Apple's mobile products violated HTC patents that came from S3 Graphics, a company that HTC purchased.

HTC also has sued Apple in a Delaware court and filed another complaint at the ITC, claiming that the iPhone maker infringed on patents HTC acquired from Google, which cover technology used to upgrade software and load applications.

Apple Settles Case With Nokia

While most of Apple's suits with competitors are ongoing, the iPhone maker did make peace with Nokia Corp. in June. Terms weren't disclosed, but analysts estimated that Apple agreed to pay hundreds of millions of dollars to the Finnish mobile-phone maker and that the companies agreed to cross-license patents.

Android-Related Patent Infringement Suit #38 Filed

According to FOSS Paents, Android patent suit no. 38 was filed on March 30, 2011 by Tierravision versus Google, Microsoft and RIM over spatial data patent.  

Tierravision's accusations relate to:

• BlackBerry smartphones with BlackBerry Maps, specifically naming the examples of "RIM's Torch, Style, Curve, Pearl, Bold, Tour and Storm smartphones",
• Google Maps Mobile, particularly "in its Android operating system that [Google] supplies to smartphone manufacturers such as HTC for incorporation into smartphones, such as the HTC Magic", and
• Bing Mobile, particularly "in its Windows Phone OS 7 operating system that [Microsoft] supplies to smartphone manufacturers such as HTC for incorporation into smartphones, such as the HTC HD7".

Motorola Scores Victory Over Apple In Germany

Apple's devices are facing a ban in Germany after a court ruled in favor of Motorola, a rare strike against the iPhone maker in its legal battles against Android rivals.

The Mannheim Regional Court today ruled an injunction is "preliminarily enforceable" against Apple Sales International, Apple's EU wholesale subsidiary based in Ireland. The ban covers a wide variety of products, including all iPhones except for the 4S -- which was not released in April when the original suit was filed -- and 3G-enabled iPads.

The ruling concerns a patent for "performing countdown function during a mobile-originated transfer for a packet radio system."

The ruling is similar to another injunction Motorola scored against Apple in Germany last month, but the first ruling was based on a default judgment because Apple never presented a defense in the case. This time around, both sides presented their full arguments before the court made its decision.

Apple has already appealed the ruling to a higher court and seek a stay on the injunction.  The German appellate court is set to hear the case December 20, 2011.   If Apple wins its appeal and the injunction is turned over, Motorola will pay substantial costs. The Mannheim court attached a $134 million bond to its decision, and Motorola will have to pay up if the higher court overrules the injunction.

The German court's ruling, though, is rare victory against Apple. Other companies have sued Apple, but very few succeed, and a dialogue between Apple and Motorola may open over patents and licensing.

Courts have been reluctant to issue injunctions in the past, but that pattern is changing. Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1, for example, was placed under a temporary injunction in Australia, which was lifted but still remains in place while Apple appeals the injunction.

Product bans in Germany would be difficult for Apple, however. Europe is Apple's second-largest market, second only to the U.S., and Germany is Apple's largest market in Europe.

Motorola appears open to a settlement, but Apple may not be so willing to come to an agreement with the company. The Cupertino, Calif.-based company has continued late CEO Steve Jobs' desire to fight against Android, and has not settled in similar cases, preferring to fight them out.

Motorola is coming from a position of strength, having had favorable results in the German courts. Apple's battles with Android devices are set to continue, though, and Motorola -- which Android-maker Google is expected to complete a buy-out of this coming year -- is about to become a public face for the OS, and one with a couple legal wins under its belt.

Apple Wins Over Samsung in France and Netherlands, But Loses in Australia.

Samsung filed lawsuits in several countries against Apple, seeking bans against the iPhone 4S. However, courts have rejected some of Samsung's cases, including in France this week, weakening the South Korean company's legal strategy.

Samsung struck out in the Netherlands, too, since a judge determined the patents involved fell under FRAND, or fair use standards, and Samsung is required to share them with Apple.

Samsung Electronics' tablet computer, the Galaxy Tab, will be available to consumers in Australia in the coming days, after the South Korean electronics giant scored a victory against Apple in a legal battle that had blocked the product from going on sale.

The Australian High Court denied Apple's appeal to an earlier court ruling that overturned an injunction placed on Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 citing violation of its patent. The recent ruling is expected to give Samsung a stronger footing in a legal battle it is involved in with Apple in several countries across the world, including the United States.

Who Has The Most Mobile Patents

So, who has the most mobile patents? The way Apple’s been suing it competitors of late, successfully at that, you would think Apple held all of the cards.  Wrong.

However, as you can see from the Chetan Sharma data in the table below, the Cupertino, California-based iPhone and iPad maker doesn’t rank in terms of patent power.

The Apple Extra-Terrestrial Technology Connection (Fact or Fiction?)

According to very reliable, but unnamed source, Apple acquired a lot of the technology behind the iPhone and iPad from extra-terrestrial technology.   That's right E.T.'s.  

I first became aware of this incredible development through an anonymous email that I received    earlier this year while conducting research on Apple.   This all came about because I was very curious as to how Steve Jobs could have compiled such an incredible run of successful new product launches beginning with the Mac, then followed by the iPod, iPhone and iPad.  

The source, choosing to remain anonymous, revealed in his email in incredible great detail that NASA had come into posession of certain alien technology back in the early 1970's.  NASA scientists tried in vain to unlock the secrets of this alien technology, but was unsuccessful, so as a last resort, they decided to seek the assistance of the best technology experts from private industry.   Apple was specifically chosen for this task.  

Steve Jobs has always had a reputation for keeping secrets, more so than any other company CEO in existence, with the exception of Lockheed's Skunk Works (U-2 spy plane, SR-71 Blackbird and F-117 Stealth Fighter).  In 1978, NASA and several agents from the CIA contacted Steve Jobs and asked for his assistance.  He was told very little about the technology, other than it was believed to be of alien origin. NASA and the CIA told Jobs that for reasons of national security he could select only two Apple engineers to assist him in unlocking the secrets of the alien technology.   Steve Jobs, together with this two senior engineers, agreed to the terms and conditions which included a written oath of secrecy that was labeled "above top secret" and "need to know. "   

A few weeks later, Steve Jobs and his two senior engineers met with an unnamed NASA scientist and two CIA agents, at an undisclosed location in Silicon Valley.  The outside of the building was unmarked, had no street address, and all the windows werre painted over so you could not see inside the building.  

Jobs and his two engineers were led into a dark room.  In the center of the room was a round table. They were asked to take a seat.  Shortly thereafter, a two armed security guards walked in carrying a metal container, about the size of a microwave oven.  They set the metal container on the table. The metal container had two combination locks and a heavy key lock.  The CIA agents took turns setting the combinations and the NASA scientists used a key to unlock the lock.   There were metal latches holding the top cover. Snap, snap, snap, snap, and the top of the metal container was removed. Inside the container was a black velt bag holding some kind of object.

The NASA scientist carefully teached into the metal box and removed the felt back.  He undid the cloth loop around the bag and stuck his hand into the bag and carefully pulled out a flat electronic gadget of some kind that measured about 8 x 10 inches.  The object was white and had dark glass screen.  It didn't appear to have any buttons, levers or switches.  The glass had been broken.   The NASA scientist carefully laid the object on the conference room table.   He spoke while looking directly at Steve Jobs.

"Mr. Jobs, this object was discovered by Apollo 20 astronauts in 1972.  It was just laying there on the ground, on the surface of the Moon, as if it had been intentionally left there for us to find.  We tried in vain to determine what the object does and how it works.  However, what is is really remarkable is that if you look on the reverse side of the alien object, the back has something very, very remarkable and strange.  (The NASA scientist slowly flipped the strange object to reveal the backside.  There, clear as day, the Apple logo was imprinted on the backside of the object).  Mr. Jobs, how the hell did this object get to have your company's logo?  Were you involved in some way?  Are you working for another agency or foreign government?  The Russians, perhaps?  I want some answers, and I want them right now"    

Steve Jobs and his two engineers were stunned and appeared in a state of shock and confusion.   How exactly could this object, if indeed it was of alien origin, have the Apple logo.  It was impossible, it must be a practical joke by NASA to test their loyalty.   Steve cleared his throat then spoke while his two engineers remained silent.

"Sir, I cannot explain how or why this object has the Apple logo stamped on the back.  I can assure you that Apple had nothing to do with this object.  This is the first time we have seen it, and furthermore, we are 100% loyal to our country.  I am totally mystified as you are, but if I may, with your permission of course, like an opportunity to study and examine  this object and try to unlock its secrets."     

In a blog article dated December 7, 2011 (repost from June 2011), you will find the details behind this incredible story, or if you wish, tale.   I received a lot of flack, mostly from Apple evangelists who are still mourning the death of Steve Jobs.   Get over it.

Isn't it ironic that Apple is trying to protect their iPhone and iPad patents, and that the technology behind these two magical devices, may have been actually acquired from alien technology? More importantly, it casts a very dark cloud of suspicion over Mr. Jobs himself, who has been hailed as a creative and innovative genius.  I make no accusations, and end this writing at this point.  You be the judge and read the above blog post for the full story.

THE CASSINI SPACECRAFT COMPLETES A FLYBY OF SATURN'S MOON 'ENCELADUS' AND TAKES CLEAREST PICTURES YET

The moon Enceladus, one of the jewels of the Saturn system, sparkles peculiarly bright in new images obtained by NASA's Cassini spacecraft. The images of the moon, the first ever taken of Enceladus with Cassini's synthetic aperture radar, reveal new details of some of the grooves in the moon's south polar region and unexpected textures in the ice. These images, obtained on Nov. 6, 2011, are the highest-resolution images of this region obtained so far.

The area on Enceladus observed by Cassini's radar instrument does not include the famous "tiger stripes," fissures that eject great plumes of ice particles and water vapor, but covers regions just a few hundred miles away from the stripes. Scientists are scrutinizing an area around 63 degrees south latitude and 51 degrees west longitude that appears to be very rough, a texture that shows up as very bright in the radar images.

Steve Wall, deputy team lead of Cassini's radar team, based at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. said.

"It's puzzling why this is some of the brightest stuff Cassini has seen.  One possibility is that the area is studded with rounded ice rocks. But we can't yet explain how that would happen."

Scientists are also intrigued by an area around 65 degrees south latitude and 293 degrees west longitude, which shows a close-up view of grooved, water-ice bedrock. The new images reveal undulations and other intricate patterns that had not been seen previously. They also now have measurements of the heights and depths of the grooves in this area, with the central groove measuring about 2,100 feet (650 meters) deep and 1.2 miles (2 kilometers) wide. It has slopes of about 33 degrees.

These images of Enceladus show some similarity to those obtained of Saturn's largest moon Titan. Titan's large feature Xanadu is also very bright, as are areas surrounding the crater Sinlap. Whether the bright areas seen here are due to the same, or very different, processes will be a subject of discussion as scientists continue to learn more about the moons of Saturn.

Southern Enceladus in Radar View

NASA's Cassini spacecraft obtained these views of the south polar area of Saturn's moon Enceladus in visible and near-visible (ultraviolet and infrared) light and synthetic-aperture radar (SAR). The region is south of 45 degrees south latitude. The SAR image, acquired November 6, 2011, is shown as an arc running from upper left to lower right, accented in light blue. Bright and dark edges of this arc are artifacts of the radar imaging process. The background image was taken with visible-light (PIA08342), with color added for emphasis (see below). Visible-light images, like we normally see in photographs, are mostly bright or dark depending on their target's chemical composition, while brightness in SAR images usually depends on how rough or smooth the surface is. The SAR swath is about 15 miles (25 kilometers) wide and is centered at 655 south latitude, 295 west longitude.

The color in the background image is used to separate different materials using ultraviolet, visible and infrared images taken from 2004 to 2009 (see PIA13423). Blue colors represent icy material that originated in the plumes and fell back to the surface. Since these images were taken using illumination by sunlight, they sense ice particles and other roughness in the wavelength range of 50 to 100 microns. The SAR swath uses microwaves 2 centimeters long in wavelength to "light" the surface, so it senses roughness in that range. In addition, the SAR may be seeing that roughness slightly under the surface.

From east-to-west (bottom right to top left), the SAR image crosses near-south-polar terrain close to many of the active sulci, which are long fissures. Throughout the scene, the surface is covered with a network of linear and near-linear grooves and fractures, interpreted to be due to extension, or pulling apart, of Enceladus' crust. These are dominated by a set of larger grooves, about a mile (kilometer) wide, running many tens of miles (kilometers) in length, and smaller grooves about 700 feet (200 meters) wide. A v-shaped region near the lower (eastern) end of the SAR swath, bounded by large faults, appears brighter to radar than most other areas, most likely the result of a rougher surface in the 2-centimeter-wavelength scale. Within, the terrain appears to be slightly more broken up, possibly the result of more dynamic tectonic forces disrupting the surface.

The few-miles-wide (few-kilometers-wide) fault bounding the westernmost edge (top) edge of this area looks similar to the four active sulci that run parallel to it, suggesting that it is formed by the same processes; this feature is discussed in PIA15171. A similar fault about 1 to 2 miles (2 to 3 kilometers) wide runs along the center of much of the SAR swath for at least 47 miles (75 kilometers). Farther west still, the swath crosses another v-shaped, SAR-bright region bounded by large faults, including part of the Mosul Sulci system (see PIA15170). Once again, the network of fractures within the bright region appear to be rougher and more broken up. It also coincides with unusually colored terrain surrounding the active sulci (seen in the background images), and so possibly indicates a relatively young or active surface.

The Cassini orbiter was designed, developed and assembled at JPL. The radar instrument was built by JPL and the Italian Space Agency (ASI), working with team members from the U.S. and several European countries. What's happening on the surface of Saturn's moon Enceladus? Enormous ice jets are erupting. Giant plumes of ice have been photographed in dramatic fashion by the robotic Cassini spacecraft during a flyby of Saturn's moon Enceladus on November 24, 2009.  Pictured below, numerous plumes are seen rising from long tiger-stripe canyons across Enceladus' craggy surface.  Several ice jets are even visible in the shadowed region of crescent Enceladus as they reach high enough to scatter sunlight. Other plumes, near the top of the below image, appear visible just over the moon's sunlit edge. That Enceladus vents fountains of ice was first discovered on Cassini images in 2005, and has been under close study ever since. Continued study of the ice plumes may yield further clues as to whether underground oceans, candidates for containing life, exist on this distant ice world.

NASA's Cassini spacecraft tasted and sampled a surprising organic brew erupting in geyser-like fashion from Saturn's moon Enceladus during a close flyby on March 12, 2008.   

Scientists are amazed that this tiny moon is so active, "hot" and brimming with water vapor and organic chemicals.

New heat maps of the surface show higher temperatures than previously known in the south polar region, with hot tracks running the length of giant fissures. Additionally, scientists say the organics "taste and smell" like some of those found in a comet. The jets themselves harmlessly peppered Cassini, exerting measurable torque on the spacecraft, and providing an indirect measure of the plume density.

Hunter Waite, principal investigator for the Cassini Ion and Neutral Mass Spectrometer at the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio said. 

"A completely unexpected surprise is that the chemistry of Enceladus, what's coming out from inside, resembles that of a comet.  To have primordial material coming out from inside a Saturn moon raises many questions on the formation of the Saturn system."

Waite said.

 "Enceladus is by no means a comet. Comets have tails and orbit the sun, and Enceladus' activity is powered by internal heat while comet activity is powered by sunlight. Enceladus' brew is like carbonated water with an essence of natural gas." 

The Ion and Neutral Mass Spectrometer saw a much higher density of volatile gases, water vapor, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide, as well as organic materials, some 20 times denser than expected. This dramatic increase in density was evident as the spacecraft flew over the area of the plumes.

New high-resolution heat maps of the south pole by Cassini's Composite Infrared Spectrometer show that the so-called tiger stripes, giant fissures that are the source of the geysers, are warm along almost their entire lengths, and reveal other warm fissures nearby. These more precise new measurements reveal temperatures of at least minus 93 degrees Celsius (minus 135 Fahrenheit.) That is 17 degrees Celsius (63 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than previously seen and 93 degrees Celsius (200 degrees Fahrenheit) warmer than other regions of the moon. The warmest regions along the tiger stripes correspond to two of the jet locations seen in Cassini images.

John Spencer, Cassini scientist on the Composite Infrared Spectrometer team at the Southwest Research Institute in Boulder, Colo. said.

"These spectacular new data will really help us understand what powers the geysers. The surprisingly high temperatures make it more likely that there's liquid water not far below the surface."

Jets of high-density gas detected by Cassini's Ultraviolet Imaging Spectrograph on Saturn's moon Enceladus match the locations of dust jets determined from Cassini images, labeled here with Roman numerals. The spectrograph pinpointed the locations of individual gas streams in the plume in a "stellar occultation," which involves measuring the light of a star (in this case, zeta Orionis), as it passed behind the plume from Cassini's viewpoint.

The blue line in this projection shows the path of the starlight through the plume, over the south polar region of Enceladus. The instrument looked at the star across this path in the direction indicated by the short blue lines.

Some of the dust jets appear to merge together in stellar occultation data. The dimming of starlight labeled "a" was caused by dust jets V and VII. The dimming of starlight marked as feature "b" may be associated with dust jet I if the jet is not perfectly vertical. Dimming of starlight labeled "c" corresponds to dust jet VI, and "d" is dust jet III, with dust jet II in between. The individual jets come from sources with an area of less than 300 by 300 meters (1,000 feet square)--about the size of half a tennis court--probably stretched out rectangularly along the tiger stripes. The new data indicate that the water molecules are blasting off from Enceladus at faster than 600 meters per second (about 1,200 miles per hour).

Enceladus' plume was found to have a comet-like chemistry by Cassini's Ion and Neutral Mass Spectrometer during its fly-through of the plume on Mar. 12, 2008. Water vapor, methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, simple organics and complex organics were identified in the plume. The graph shows the chemical constituents in percentage of abundance found in comets compared to those found in Enceladus' plume.

NASA DISCOVERS EVIDENCE OF A NEW PLANET CALLED TYCHE, BUT IT IS 1.35 TRILLION MILES FROM THE SUN, IS THIS NIBIRU?

A new possible planet has been found by NASA right here in our own solar system. The possible planet Tyche (pronounced “tie-key”) is believed to be a gas giant located some 1.35 trillion miles from the Sun. If this planet is in fact a planet could it possibly be the infamous planet X otherwise known as Nibiru?

 

Below is a simulation based on research of brown dwarf stars spawned by a heavy interest in a possible galactic body closer to us than we might ever imagine.  If this is Tyche a.ka. Planet X or Nibiru, or whatever it is if it ever discovered, it will be closer to us than proxima centauri and on a friendly orbit.

 

Astrophysicists John Matese and Daniel Whitmire from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette study comet movements and were the first to find the planet by noticing the unusual patterns of comets in the area that seemed to be affected by a large mass swaying them in different directions. This really isn’t a brand new discovery as Matese and Whitmire have been trying to come up with the evidence of the possible Planet X since 1999 so after ten years of compiled evidence they think they may have enough to convince the rest of the scientific community.

Tyche is believed to be the size of four Jupiters, comprised of helium and hydrogen, and orbits our sun at a distance of 15,000AU (one AU, or Astronomical Unit, is the distance from the Earth to the Sun (93 million miles), 15,000AU is roughly 1/4th of a light year).  This orbit puts it well within the boundaries of the Oort Cloud — a cloud of debris orbiting our sun with a radius of one light year — where long-term comets (those with an orbit greater than 200 years) originate.

NASA scientists believe that Tyche aka Nibiru is an enormous rogue gas giant planet that is 1.3 trillion miles from the Sun and crosses the Oort Cloud an area where billions of comets originate.

NASA’s WISE (Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer, which scans the sky in infrared has been scanning the sky’s mapping out hundreds of millions of objects producing millions of images might soon be pointed in that direction to see if it can pick up the distant planet. If found it will make Tyche our 9th planet.

The Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, will scan the entire sky in infrared light, picking up the glow of hundreds of millions of objects and producing millions of images.

The real question here is, is this the ancient planet Nibiru our planet X? Scientists say that if the planet does exist it’s probably not originally from our solar system but probably broke out of it’s original one and somehow got caught up in our suns gravitational pull. Making it “alien” to our own solar system. Could this planet once have harbored intelligent life? When it broke off did they have to leave the planet before everyone froze to death and they are the one’s visiting Earth on a regular basis?

It could be years before we find out if Tyche is even a planet at all and probably many, many more before we can determine if life had ever existed on the planet. The next thing to figure out is the orbit of the planet. Nibiru is said to come in and out coming close to Earth. Could this really be that planet?

COMMENTARY:   I have a feeling that Tyche will be discovered soon with all the deep space orbitors we have launched into space.   If Tyche turns out to be a brown dwarf star, it might not even be very visible, but appear as a very small "white speck" in an infrared image by NASA’s WISE (Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer).  

Tyche has already been the subject of numerous conspiracy theorists who claim that it is a "rogue star" that will wipeout the Earth's protective magnetic layer that protects us from solar flares and solar radiation, tilt the Earth's axis or shift the magnetic poles, and cause the end of the world in 2012 as predicted in the Mayan Calender.  

Even I had some fun with some of those conspiracy theories with some gangbuster blog posts, when I announced in a blog post dated September 26, 2011, that there would be an extinction-level event because Earth would be hit by comet Elenin.   In another blog post dated August 9, 2o11, I asked the question: "Is Comet Elenin on a collision course with Earth? Separating Fact From Fiction."  

In a blog post dated November 8, 2011, I fictioinalized what might have happened to Earth if asteroid 2005 YU55, which passed right by Earth at a distance of only 201,000 miles on November 8, 2011, had actually hit Earth.   Asteroid 2005 YU55 returns for a second time in 2025, and it will pass even closer (watch out), and then for a third time on April 13, 2036. That's the date that has scientists very worried, because it might actually hit us. (Oh, shit)  

On September 29, 2011, NASA conducted a panel discussion by NASA's Neowise Team that operates the WISE deep space observer, and because of its infra-red telescope, has discovered and tracked several near-Earth objects or asteroids that might present a danger to our planet. Included in the video is a discussion from a caller inquiring about Planet X or Nibiru.  Amy Mainzer, NEOWISE Principal Investigator for JPL/NASA, and if I may say so a bonafide NASA babe, tells a caller asking about Planet X:

"Yes... this is Amy Mainzer and I'm happy to answer this one... Planet X is not coming to get us! 

 

In any event, Tyche a.k.a. Nibiru or Planet X, or whatever the object turns out to be, let's just hope that it never poses a danger to Earth or any of the other planets in our solar system.
