Reusability is key to the dramatic cost savings that will enable advancements in human exploration of space. The Dragon spacecraft is fully reusable and SpaceX is working toward the goal of delivering the world’s first fully reusable launch vehicle.
SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket first stage and Dragon Spacecraft are both recoverable for future usability
Notice how both stages of the Falcon 9 multi-stage rocket returns back to Earth and both make safe landings so that they can be reused in future space launches. That's cool.
