NRG Hubs,

Thanks for your comments about the NASA Curiosity Mars Science Lab. It's in credible just how difficult it is to launch and land something on a planet that is 650 million from Earth. Mars is 36 million miles from Earth, the closest it has been in its orbit around the Sun. It is estimated that Curiosity will arrive on Mars on August 5, 2012. Curiosity will not depend on solar panels like the other two Mars rovers, so it will be able to explore mars for longer distances, over difficult terraine and for a longer time. Hopefully, we will know if there is or ever was life on Mars.

This blog gives a lot of information about NUCLEAR-POWERED ROVER. It was really made bigger and heavier with the help of the scientists. They really did a great invention of their experiments. Great job.
